Refund Policy
The objective at Optimax Tech Solutions to provide our clients with excellent digital marketing services that yield results. Although we aim for total satisfaction for our clients, we recognize that circumstances might occur when a refund request is filed. Our refund policy for services delivered is outlined below.
1. Eligibility for refund
Refunds are possible in the following circumstances:
- Non-performance: When services are rendered outside the parameters of the contract or when the specified deliverables are not completed in the specified period of time.
- Technological Issues: In the event that we are unable to provide the promised service due to technological difficulties, such as website malfunctions or problems with advertising accounts.
2.Non-Refundable Services
Services are not refundable, such as:
- Consultation Fees: Once the service is provided, the fee for a one-time consultation is not refundable.
- Final Deliverables: Unless there has been a major service issue, a service (such website development or an SEO audit) is not refundable once it has been performed.
3. Partial Refund
A partial refund might be granted in some circumstances, depending on the quantity of work finished and the project’s status when the refund request is mad
4. Procedure for Refund Requests
In order to get a refund, please do the following:
Please send a written request via an email at info@optimaxtechsolutions.com along with an extensive explanation for your refund claim. Add your contract number and any additional information you may have.
Response Time: After reviewing your request, we’ll let you know whether it was granted or rejected within 15 business days.
Resolution: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and handled within 15 business days if they are accepted.
